BeyondInsight console cant type username and password on box (invalid license key)

Problem:

On BeyondInsight Console, username and password cant type on box and error popup – invalid license key

How to solve problem:

The license cache need to refresh.

Step:

1. Close Retina Network Security Scanner and BeyondInsight Console

2. Open BeyondInsight Configuration

Location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\eEye Digital Security\Retina CS–>REMEMConfig

BeyondInsight Configuration

3. On right pane. Click on Manage License –> choose update license and click Next

4. Reapply your serial number on provided column and click Next to Finish.

5. On BeyondInsight Configuration. Restart retina services

6. Reopen BeyondInsight console. Problem solved
