Like the screenshot attached, login to the respective customer account portal, check the license key you intent to renew, make sure it is right now have yet expired, else got to do as new subscription, it can not be renew. Please ask our service officer to generate a new subscription quote for you instead.
Once you can confirm the following (you may refer screenshot), please provide following information for our renewal officer
license key intent to renew (current expired date)
intent to renew how many years etc?
Alternatively, you may print out the screen and forward to our renewal officer. Be note that the screen you login may be different, as manufacturer keep changing the look and feel, but the information required still the same.
