What is the scope of work cover under Preventive Maintenance if subscribed?

For local maintenance support subscription customer, whether under 8×5 or 24×7 basis, if the contract include preventive maintenance as part of the scope, then it usually inclusive of the following additional scope of work related to preventive maintenance onsite visit:

  • E-SPIN support personnel will check against the preventive maintenance schedule and make proactive onsite preventive maintenance appointment with the Customer
  • Prepare the preventive maintenance checklist againt subscribe product to be carry out onsite
  • onsite carry out fixed preventive check as per procedure, inspection and performance snapshot for the current in maintenance product under support
  • health snapshot usually will cover hardware performance, software performance
  • any performance or security alert or error notice
  • compare with previous round checking, and write the new preventive maintenance report (with recommendation what to do next)
