Same goes for the top management of the enterprise, if they are aware of the need, but if you choose to do nothing and let the enterprise suffer for the huge losses, the shareholder and investor should intervene.
World keeps changing, different generations of the market, we need someone who can understand and interpret or can see the future to guide the enterprise, so the enterprise can mobilise resources to reach the future state, but not at the last minute and on a fire-fighting basis.
