At E-SPIN, we offer two broad categories of services: Remote, Web and Online Service, and Onsite and On-Premise Service. Remote, Web and Online Service includes web-based training, online consulting, and remote technical support, which can be accessed and delivered remotely through the internet. Onsite and On-Premise Service includes on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services, which are delivered on-location at the customer’s premises.
Our Service Man Days and Hours start from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, which are counted as one man day rate, also known as the normal business day rate. However, for customers who require service outside of normal business days and hours, a premium will be charged on top, depending on the specific requirements of each case.
For enterprise customers who engage in multiple year service or project contracts and pay for the service in one lump sum, they are eligible for a flat rate that is calculated during the contract year, which can help them save on costs. However, for customers who are not under that basis, an annual industry standard uplift service rate will be applied on a year-to-year basis.
