With over 17 years of experience serving customers and partners, our astounding leader, Vincent Lim, shares his thoughts on E-SPIN’s achievements and future development.
1. E-SPIN recently celebrated its 17th Anniversary. How does it feel to lead an organization for 17 years?
In November 2022, we celebrated our 17th anniversary alongside our valued business partners and customers. Time has flown by and now, our 18th anniversary is quickly approaching. I am forever grateful for the support of our business partners and customers throughout the years.
From a long-term perspective, the company can be viewed as a living entity that has grown from its inception to gain market acceptance in its early years. The next step is to identify our purpose and make sure our company vision, business strategy and structure, aligns with the current and future needs and wants of the market to continue delivering value to all stakeholders.
Leading an organization for 17 years has been an incredible experience. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to all stakeholders for their continued support. It has been my pleasure to add value to the organization and all of its stakeholders over the years.
E-SPIN was founded in 2005 and quickly expanded from a domestic to an international market, from exporting to incorporating locally. Now, E-SPIN Group of Companies is a multinational corporation actively engaged in multinational and international trade. Over the years, our business partners and enterprise customers have continued to grow in the regions where we do business.
Today, E-SPIN operates like an ecosystem platform, constantly welcoming new business partners and enterprise customers. As new technologies emerge in the market, we adapt to ensure we continue to provide what the market needs and wants, both now and in the future.
As I reflect on the past, the most memorable moments have been seeing how the solutions we offer have added value to our business partners and customers over the years.
It has been my pleasure to work with these partners and customers, across various projects including large-scale turnkey projects, multi-site deployments, legacy product technology modernization and migration, system integration, project deployment, consulting, training and maintenance support, and more.
4. E-SPIN had always believed in giving back to the continuous business and support from the enterprise customers and business partners during its anniversary celebration. What can we expect from E-SPIN this year?
At E-SPIN, we believe in a give-and-take philosophy and approach to business, as it helps to foster deeper relationships and trust. We strive to give back to our partners and customers as a way of expressing our gratitude for their support over the years. We believe this is the right thing to do and is in line with our high integrity standards.
Although it is still ten months away, we are already planning for our next strategic event that will be relevant to the market. We will reach out to interested business partners and customers closer to the event, to ensure it is convenient for all parties. We hope to make this an event that everyone will remember.
The world is changing at an unprecedented rate and new technologies are constantly emerging. To ensure that E-SPIN Group remains competitive and continues to add value to our business, we regularly review our existing solution portfolio to ensure they are relevant for today’s and future market. We will also invest in a few key business domains that we can leverage to stay competitive in the future.
