On another dimension, modern workspace need to be more sociable, and for employees work in open standard workplace. You will not surprise for some is not even cater dedicate work desk for employees, allow them to work in any empty desk base on a first come first serve basis. This is why you will not surprise to see modern workplace is employee working in more sociable environment like lounge setting, some is even no access to dedicated desk.
