E-SPIN is distribute event market research survey dated 20-May-2020 to existing customer based, to probe about some of the market opinions, from the right date for conduct physical event, topics in specific they interest in, and open for attend short hour long topic specific web seminar and feedback for what kind of activity we should do.
We always believe a business exists for only one purpose, to serve customers. We like to express thank you to the customer who submitted the survey and we can collectively pool to get the understanding for what the customer is thinking for those subject matters. It is not what we think that matters, it is what customer thoughts that matters the most.
As a result of it, we would like to make a few enhancements and mobilize resources to get those areas and feedback from the customer survey, and implement accordingly.
In the morning, we already make internal meetings and commit the resources to make those changes, from understanding how to put prototypes and incorporate new content in our existing website eventually.
We will from June month onward, have more web conferencing (web seminar, technical workshop) sessions that maximum lengths for an hour will be scheduled for various topics, that allow for customer direct pick what they interest with and register for it, under E-SPIN and specific supplier partner vendor complementary (as they take time prepare for it). The list of what is upcoming will show in the events of calendar month by month basis, for easy pick and zoom in, understand the event and register accordingly.
New features and areas or functions include developing a discussion forum for customers, allowing topic specific discussion or addressing some of the questions raised, we hope that helps for your peer networking as well.
To make it hassle free for access the new feature, we combine the two feature event schedule (what is upcoming event) and list of forums in the single page to access, it right now access from main menu > blog/news > calendar of event
We will continue to have the routine physical event to take place, when the timing is right, in the specific time as per majority of customer feedback as the right time to organize a day long multiple topic in depth session.
In the meantime, we would like to express thank you for the valuable survey feedback, so we can do something back for the customer community in return.
