2021-Oct-17 GMT 9:00pm The Malaysia new line is installed and configured to work with existing infrastructure, where the old line with the old service provider is abandoned, since they can not restore the line within reasonable service level agreement (SLA).
2021-Oct-15 GMT+8 3:06pm, The existing Malaysia line service provider is continuing down at the time. As such, the company decided to invest in the new phone line with an alternative service provider, we expect it to be ready by next week time, and connect into our existing call system for routing you just like before.
2021-Oct-7 GMT+8 4:27pm, Thailand phone line is back to normal, only Malaysia phone line service remains down. Please use the alternative number for reaching our contact page (if necessary).
2021-Oct-5 This is the Notice for Malaysia and Thailand Phone Line Down, at the time the post is written. As such, it can not be routed into our centralized call routing infrastructure and each of the dedicated departments and DID you used to call.
We already investigate and confirm, after the customer informs us of that, a separate service down report is being made to the service provider. We are right now waiting for the line up and testing for it to work back to normal. So sorry for the disruption for the customers in those two countries.
