Technology consulting (also called Information Technology consulting, IT consulting, computer consultancy, business and technology services, computing consultancy, and IT advisory) as a field of activity focuses on advising organizations on how best to use technology (IT) in achieving their business objectives. In addition to providing advice, E-SPIN often estimate, manage, implement, deploy, and administer IT systems on behalf of their client organizations – a practice known as “outsourcing”.
E-SPIN commonly begin engaged for third party advisory, to gain external, objective advice and recommendations, to gain access to the E-SPIN’s specialized expertise, temporary help during a one-time project where the hiring of a permanent employee(s) is not required or necessary, to provide project scoping and planning, business process and system architect design, project main/sub contracting support, to outsource all or part of the IT services so Client can focus on other strategic important areas, to bundled as part of the total package of value added solution.
We provide two different consulting fee structure based on different consultancy model.
- Open ended consultancy model
Under normal circumstances a fee for IT consulting is measured on a per day, per consultant basis.
- Fixed priced IT consulting model
A fixed fee IT consulting contract applies only to projects which are well defined, commonly we adopted in our routine project management and packaged services. Generally, fixed fee IT consulting is for a specific amount of work, within a defined timeframe.
Ways of Work
We are commonly being engaged as external consultant (3rd party consultant) based on key area result (KRA) with fixed scope of services deliverables. Sometime we being offer and hired as an interim manager, executive or project consultant/contractor, bringing a combination of specialist expertise to bear on a role that is temporarily vacant (usually at a senior level) or as part of large scale project required longer term consultant remain in the project until project closure in longer timeframe.
Place of Work
Though most of the back-office research and analysis occurs at E-SPIN offices or temporary setup project offices, depend on the engagement scope of work and interaction required with other employees of the client, work at the site of the client for at least some of the time is also common. By spending time at the client’s organization, the consultant is able to observe work processes, interview workers, managers, executives, board members, or other individuals, and study how the organization operates and get things done. One the other hand, we asked to provide advice on a specific topic might only have a few meetings at the client’s office, and conduct the majority of work at E-SPIN office. E-SPIN only provide “practical advice that works” — by “Analysing as a Generalist and Solving as a Specialist” — using the skills and experience, thus at all times providing the client with the best available advice and support.
